I discovered yoga in 2005 while teaching in Morocco. Three women gathered twice a week to learn the Ashtanga Primary Series literally from the ground up. My relationship with the practice has shifted over the years from a physical activity to one that incorporates the mind and body for a greater sense of health and well-being.
I have been teaching yoga for over three years and completed my 200-hr training in December of 2018 from Yoga Tree/YogaWorks in San Francisco. I believe in bringing yoga to everybody and all bodies. Look for my yoga-for-artists classes (pay-what-you-can!) popping up around town. I am also available for private and group classes on a sliding-scale basis.
